Working Mechanism of Diaphragm Vacuum Pump
Same as the general volume pump, the oil-free diaphragm vacuum pump is composed of the stator, rotor, rotor, cylinder block, motor, and other main parts. The rotor with the rotating plate is eccentrically installed in the fixed cylinder. When the rotor rotates at high speed, the four radial sliding rotating vanes in the rotor slot divides the pump cavity into four workrooms. Due to the action of centrifugal force, the rotor is close to the cylinder wall, separates the stator inlet and outlet, runs over and over again, carries on the variable volume, absorbs the gas and drains out from the exhaust port, so as to achieve the purpose of pumping.
