HWVT-0150 Oil-Free Corrosion Resistant Spiral Vacuum Pump

The disposable vacuum filter is an optional alternative to the solvent filter. Generally, it consists of a diaphragm, graduated polystyrene (PS) funnel, and a collection bottle. It is basically used with a diaphragm vacuum pump, which provides pressure differentials for sample filtration.

Advantages

Compared with other solvent filters, the disposable vacuum filter saves lots of trouble of cleaning and sterilizing for the operators, since it is packaged in a sterile and individual way. More importantly, its large filter area allows faster filtration of large amounts of samples. The pre-filtration layer made of the glass fiber membrane increases the filtration rate. Its spacious and well-designed bottle mouth ensures an effective and stable pouring of the sample. Meanwhile, the subsequent sample can be directly stored in the collection bottle.

Application

The disposable vacuum filter is of great use in the biopharmaceutical industry analysis. It could be applied in the separation and purification of large-volume samples. It is ideal for filtering tissue culture fluids, biological fluids, antibodies, etc. Also, it is suitable for the sterile filtration of solutions that cannot be sterilization with high pressures or temperatures. Product introduction
It is suitable for distillation, freeze-drying machine, centrifugal concentrator, glove box, vacuum oven, tube furnace, pre-stage pump of the molecular pump, vacuum coating and so on.
