3. Check whether the voltage meets the specified requirements and whether the power supply has good grounding and make sure the power is off, turn on the power switch, there will be a motor sound at this time. When the vacuum pump external loads, the vacuum gauge will turn counterclockwise, and when the pointer points to a certain Mpa(contact manufacturer), the vacuum pump will reach the big data working pressure.
4. After the filtering is finished, turn off the power.

3. Clean the parts inside the whole vacuum pump cavity, such as the rotor, rotary vane, spring, etc. Generally, use gasoline to clean and dry. 5. After reassembly, a test run should be carried out, usually 2 hours of air rotation and two oil changes, because there will be a certain amount of volatile substances left in the vacuum pump when cleaning, after the normal operation, then put into normal work.
6. Check whether there is any loosening in the pipeline and combination of laboratory corrosion-resistant vacuum pump. Turn the vacuum pump by hand and try to see if the vacuum pump is flexible.
7. Add bearing lubricating oil to the bearing body, observe the oil level should be at the center line of the oil mark, the oil should be replaced or replenished in time.
8. Close the gate valve of the outlet pipe and exit pressure gauge and entry vacuum gauge.
9. Jog the motor and try to see if the motor steering is correct.
