1. Quick connect design: the whole machine can be disassembled, including the filter head and filter tube, more convenient to clean and sterilize the internal residue. Quick connect filter head design, easy to replace the sterilized filter head when multi-sample filtration, to achieve rapid filtration of multiple samples. The silicone tube can be connected to the left and right, and the vacuum pump can be placed according to the specific laboratory conditions.

7. Improve detection efficiency: stainless steel filter sterilization method can be used 121 ℃ wet heat sterilization 15 minutes, 180 ℃ dry heat sterilization 120 minutes, or with high-temperature cauterization to achieve the purpose of sterilization. The inner wall of the filter cup has a clear volume scale line, which is convenient for quantitative sample addition.
8. Made of durable material: the main accessories such as filter, filter connector, valve, filter holder, filter top cover and filter membrane support pad are made of 316 stainless steel, which are not easily damaged and has long service life.
9. Different microporous filter membranes are available: hydrophilic membranes and organic membranes, each category has a wide range of pore sizes and dimensions, but the most used is still hydrophilic membranes, which is non-toxic and hygienic, a porous membrane filtration material with relatively uniform pore size distribution of penetrating micropores and microporosity of up to 80‰ pore size. The conventional sizes are 47mm and 50mm in diameter with 0.22μm or 0.45μm pore size.
