Installation Notes

Diaphragm vacuum pumps have certain requirements during the installation process, as follows:
1. Choose a place with solid ground to install the diaphragm vacuum pumps, and save space in advance for inspection and maintenance.
2. The foundation should be kept level under the base of the diaphragm vacuum pump. The four corners of the base should be filled with shock-absorbing rubber or installed with bolts to ensure smooth operation of the diaphragm vacuum pump and low vibration.
3. The connecting pipe between the diaphragm vacuum pump and the system should be sealed and reliable. For small diaphragm vacuum pumps, metal pipelines can be used to connect the sealing gaskets with oil-resistant rubber. Use vacuum hoses for connection, if it is the small diaphragm vacuum pump.
4. For diaphragm vacuum pumps with cooling water, connect the cooling water as required.
5. For example, when a solenoid valve is installed at the diaphragm vacuum pump port, the valve and the diaphragm vacuum pump should act at the same time.
